Welcome to the Provider Portal!

For the best possible portal experience use a recent model computer and operating system, a high resolution monitor, a high-speed Internet connection, and a supported Web browser. This portal is built on advanced modern technologies and does not support old Web browsers. It is strongly recommended that you use a supported Web browser to minimize potential security risks and ensure the best possible portal experience. If you use an unsupported Web browser some portal features may not work correctly. Refer to the system requirements for more information.

Initial Log On or Support Team-Assisted Password Reset

  1. Enter the username and temporary password provided to you, then select Log on
  2. When prompted, enter a new password
  3. Retype your new password
  4. Select OK

Set Up Security Questions To Enable Password Reset

It is important to set up the security questions for your portal account and to remember your answers. Answers are case sensitive. If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself by correctly answering your security questions. 

  1. Make a selection from the Select Question list
  2. Enter Answer
  3. Confirm Answer, select Continue
  4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 as required by the system
  5. Select Finish

Allow Pop-Ups

Pop-up windows must be allowed. If you are using a Web browser that offers pop-up control, you may need to take steps to allow pop-ups in order for portal features to work.
