Change Password

  1. Click Change Password in the top right corner of the portal. Note: If you or your group/role are not authorized to perform this function, you will not see the "Change Password" option. 
  2. On the Change Password window, enter your current password as Old Password.
  3. Enter a New Password. Your new password must meet the requirements that have been configured for your provider portal.
  4. Retype your new password to Confirm New Password.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Confirmation window opens stating, "Password was successfully changed."
  7. Click OK.
