Select Practice Mgt in the menu bar, then Distribution Lists

Add a Distribution List

1. Click Add New.

2. Enter a Distribution List Name.

3. Select Secure Message Type from the list.

4. Select a Group from the list.

5. Click Save to continue.

6. Select an Office from the list.

7. Select Recipients and click ==> to add them to the Distribution List; to select multiple Recipients at one time hold down Ctrl as you select them, then click ==>. 

8. To remove a Recipient from the Distribution List, select the Recipient (from the list with heading: Recipients for Selected Distribution List) and click <==.

Note: Distribution Lists are auto-saved in real time; there is no visible Save button.

Edit a Distribution List

Edit Distribution List Name

1. Click in the Select a Distribution List box and choose a Distribution List.

2. Click Edit, then make your edits to the Distribution List Name, click Save.

Add or Remove Recipients

1. Click in the Select a Distribution List box and choose a Distribution List.

2. Select an Office from the list.

3. Select Recipients and click ==> to add them to the Distribution List; to select multiple Recipients at one time hold down the Ctrl as you select them, then click ==>. 

4. To remove a Recipient from the Distribution List, select the Recipient (from the list with heading: Recipients for Selected Distribution List) and click <==.

Delete a Distribution List

1. Click in the Select a Distribution List box and choose a Distribution List.

2. Click Delete.

3. A window opens with a warning message: Distribution list will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be reversed. Do you want to continue?

4. Click OK to proceed and delete the Distribution List.
