Manage Security Questions

To reset your forgotten password, you must be able to answer your security questions. From the Manage Security Questions page, select your security questions and save your answers. You can also delete, edit, and add new security questions and answers.

Go to Manage Security Questions

Select My AccountManage Security Questions.  

Add New Question and Answer

Complete the following steps to add a new security question and answer:

  1. If you have not set up your security questions, select Add New A dialog box opens (you may have to scroll down to see it). 
  2. Select a Question from the list. 
  3. Enter an Answer that you will remember, then enter the Answer again to confirm.
  4. Select Save to save the question and answer pair to the table. The question and answer pair is saved to the table, but is not yet saved to the system. It will not be saved to the system until the required number of questions are set up and Finalize is selected. 
  5. Repeat Steps 1-4 until you set up the required number of questions.
  6. Select Finalize to save your setup to the system.  A dialog box opens.
  7. Enter your patient portal password.
  8. Select Continue. Your security question setup is saved to the system.

Delete and Add New Question and Answer

Complete the following steps to delete and add a new question and answer pair:

  1. Select the delete icon X to delete a question and answer pair.
  2. Select Add New to replace the deleted question and answer pair. A dialog box opens (you may have to scroll down to see it). 
  3. Select a question from the list. 
  4. Enter an answer that you will remember, then enter the answer again to confirm.
  5. Select Save to save the question and answer pair to the table. 
  6. Select Finalize to save your setup to the system. A dialog box opens.  
  7. Enter your patient portal password.
  8. Select Continue. Your security question setup is saved to the system. 

Edit Answer 

Complete the following steps to edit a question and answer pair:

  1. Select the edit icon  to edit a question and answer pair. A dialog box opens and the selected question and answer pair is displayed (you may have to scroll down to see it). 
  2. Select a question from the list. 
  3. Enter an answer that you will remember, then enter the answer again to confirm.
  4. Select Save to save the question and answer pair to the table. 
  5. Select Finalize to save your setup to the system. A dialog box opens. 
  6. Enter your patient portal password.
  7. Select Continue. Your security question setup is saved to the system.
