User Profile

Access User Profile to review your patient portal account information. Edit Profile is a feature that may not be available in your portal. If available to you, please note that your edits are made to your patient portal account only. See Edit User Profile for more information.

Go to User Profile

Select My Account from the menu bar, then User Profile

Edit User Profile

Important: When you edit your User Profile, your edits are made to your patient portal account only. Your changes are not picked up by all of the organizations associated with your health care. Separate action on your part is required to notify all relevant parties about changes to your information such as a new phone number or address.    

  1. Select Edit Profile
  2. Make your edits.
  3. Select Save Changes.
  4. You return to your User Profile where you can see your changes.
