For the best possible patient portal experience, use a recent model computer and operating system, a high resolution monitor, a high-speed internet connection, and a supported web browser. See below for system requirements and related information.

Microsoft Internet Explorer users: Perform flag icon test if you do not see icons in the portal (this is uncommon):
If you do not see the flag, select "No" and follow the instructions; a setting in your web browser needs to be enabled so icons are displayed in the portal.

Computer, tablet, and smartphone devices* are supported.

*If you use a Samsung device and have trouble entering dates or numbers, the default Samsung keyboard is likely the problem. The solution is to switch to a different keyboard.

This patient portal is built on advanced modern technologies and does not support old web browsers. It is strongly recommended that you use a supported web browser to minimize potential security risks and ensure the best possible portal experience. Internet Explorer Users: Microsoft announced end of support for older versions of Internet Explorer effective January 12, 2016. Click here to read the Microsoft announcement. In line with the Microsoft announcement, this patient portal's support for older versions of Internet Explorer has ended. This change is effective immediately and applies to all general availability (GA) versions of this patient portal.

The patient portal application does not support functions provided by your web browser context menu such as print, select all, and copy.

Minimum and Recommended System Requirements

The device, operating system, and web browser you use can affect patient portal application performance. The following table contains the minimum and recommended requirements for using the application. All browsers and operating systems should be running the latest patches and updates. Some browsers automatically update without user involvement and others require operating system updates to be installed (may require user action).

Email Account

You need a valid email address to set up your patient portal account. Email is how you receive system alerts including password reset and new secure message inbox item notifications.

Exporting Reports to Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel Viewer or a .XLS compatible application is required for exporting reports to Excel. Click here to download Excel Viewer

Unsupported Message Attachment File Formats

Uploading the following file formats as secure message attachments is not supported:

  • Microsoft Excel: .XLA, .XLAM, .XLL, .XLM, .XLS, .XLSB, .XLSM, .XLSX, .XLT, .XLTM, .XLTX, .XLW 
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: .POT, .POTM, .POTX, .PPAM, .PPS, .PPSM, .PPSX, .PPT, .PPTM, .PPTX, .SLDM, .SLDX
  • Hypertext Markup Language: .HTM, .HTML

Microsoft Internet Explorer - Enable Font Download 

Do you see a flag on the left?
No

This patient portal uses a web font consisting of icons. Internet Explorer has a security setting named Font Download. Font Download must be set to Enable so you can see the icons and successfully use the portal. If you do not see the flag icon, select No and follow the instructions. A setting in your browser needs to be enabled so icons are displayed in the portal.
