Microsoft Internet Explorer users: Perform flag icon test if you do not see icons in the portal (this is uncommon):
If you do not see the flag, select "No" and follow the instructions; a setting in your browser needs to be enabled so icons are displayed in the portal.

Internet Explorer Users: Microsoft announced end of support for older versions of Internet Explorer effective January 12, 2016. Click here to read the Microsoft announcement. In line with the Microsoft announcement, this patient portal's support for older versions of Internet Explorer has ended. This change is effective immediately and applies to all general availability (GA) versions of this patient portal.

The patient portal application does not support functions provided by your Web browser context menu such as print, select all, and copy.

Email Account

You need a valid email address to set up your patient portal account. Email is how you receive system alerts including password reset and new secure message inbox item notifications.

Exporting a Report to Microsoft Excel

You must have Microsoft Excel Viewer or a .xls compatible application to export reports to Excel; click here to download Excel Viewer

Unsupported Message Attachment File Formats

Uploading the following file formats as secure message attachments is not supported:

  • Microsoft Excel: .xls, .xlt, .xlm, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xltx, .xltm, .xlsb, .xla, .xlam, .xll, .xlw 
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: .ppt, .pot, .pps, .pptx, .pptm, .potx, .potm, .ppam, .ppsx, .ppsm, .sldx, .sldm
  • Hypertext Markup Language: .htm, .html

Microsoft Internet Explorer - Font Download

This patient portal uses a Web font consisting of icons. Internet Explorer has a security setting named "font download." Font download must be set to "enable" so you can see the icons and successfully use the portal. If you do not see the flag, select "No" and follow the instructions; a setting in your browser needs to be enabled so icons are displayed in the portal.
