Forgot Password

On the portal logon page, use the Forgot your password (v4.4.1) or Forgot Password (v4.4.2 and later) link to reset your password. For this feature to work, you must have already set up your security questions. You can use this feature even if you locked your account by entering an incorrect password too many times.   

  1. Enter your username on the portal log on page. You cannot reset your password if your username is incorrect.
  2. Select Forgot your password (v4.4.1) or Forgot Password (v4.4.2 and later).
  3. The Reset Password dialog box opens.
  4. Username defaults to what you entered on the log on page.
  5. Answer the security questions. Answers are case sensitive. If you have not set up your security questions, you cannot reset your password. 
  6. Enter new password.
  7. Retype your new password to confirm.
  8. Select OK.
